How to order from Mokani

You pay a 20% deposit when ordering. Production starts once we receive your deposit. You pay the remaining 80% on delivery, before unloading. Delivery takes 6–8 weeks, or 10–12 weeks for marble furniture, from receipt of your deposit.

From your selection to delivery

  1. Choose your model, dimensions and the available materials. For configurable chairs and bar stools, select the fabric, wood species and wood colour separately.
  2. Place your order in the webshop and choose the 20% deposit option. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
  3. We make your furniture once your deposit has arrived. Any special dimensions or requests must be agreed before production.
  4. When the furniture is ready, we arrange a delivery date with you.
  5. Pay the remaining 80% on delivery, before unloading, in cash or by transfer to our bank account.

Materials and finishes

Configurable chairs and bar stools offer 25 fabrics from the linen-look and bouclé collections and six wood colours, M01 to M06. The standard frame is solid beech. Solid oak is available for an additional €80 per chair or bar stool. A walnut colour is a finish, not a different wood species.

Depending on the model, our dining tables come in lava-stone finish, ceramic, wood veneer, marble or stainless steel. Create your own table with a lava-stone finish in our 3D configurator.

Delivery

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery is to the front door. Carrying furniture inside, delivery upstairs and assembly must be agreed separately in advance. Arrange enough help to receive heavy furniture safely.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Read our returns and cancellation policy before ordering. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. For an individual quotation, we agree the specification, price and payment route before you order.
